Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru at Panoramic Fenestration Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the real estate, commercial projects, and premium residential spaces sectors.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or building materials industry
- Experience in Fenestration Business particularly Windows and Doors fabrication in uPVC and Aluminium
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CNC machinery and fabrication processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
