Role & responsibilities

Maintenance Planning

  • Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules for hard and soft services.
  • Coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive tasks, and asset lifecycle activities.
  • Ensure work orders are generated, assigned, and closed within agreed timelines using CAFM (e.g., Concept Evolution, Maximo, Archibus).

Resource & Compliance Coordination

  • Allocate manpower and materials based on task priority and availability.
  • Monitor statutory compliance tasks (e.g., fire safety, water hygiene, HVAC servicing).
  • Track subcontractor performance and ensure documentation is updated for audits.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Generate reports on task completion, backlog, SLA adherence, and KPI performance.
  • Analyze trends to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Support mobilization planning for new contracts and demobilization of completed projects.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in CAFM systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of FM operations and asset management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in FM planning/scheduling/Oil & Gas in the UAE.
