As a Solutions Engineer you will orchestrate involvement of all technical activities and resources, holding accountabilities for all opportunities within assigned account(s) and provide architectural perspective across the o product portfolio, including software and services.

• Technical sales professional serving as a Technology/Product/Solution consultant.
• Technical orchestrator for an array of resources, primary responsibility for ensuring successful completion of each pitstop from a technical perspective in the lifecycle selling motion.
• Providing technical information and design/implementation mentorship in concert with Architecture Seller team(s).
• Collaborating with the Account Manager on the customer account plan(s), jointly ensuring customer success.
• Working with internal teams to orchestrate right solutions against customer requirements with competitive positioning
• Educating customer on differentiation and establish technical leadership of our client as a brand.
• Field role that serves as a Technology expert across solutions preferably within a multi-domain architecture approach.
• Building relationship with Engineering Teams, field teams, architecture team, Business Units (BUs), Partners and customers.

What you already have...

• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, listening skills.
• Min 10-12 years of presales experience in technical position .
• Has prior experience in solution selling around products and technology.
• Highly motivated, willing to learn and demonstrate high level of adaptability towards technology shift.
• Understand the broader aspects of end to end architecture and have knowledge on one or more technology areas like Enterprise networks, Data center or Security.
• Optimally handle objections in a customer conversation and lead with value selling.
• Technical knowledge in the Networking Solutions/SDN Architecture/Network Security /Datacenter Networking technologies.
• Strong whiteboarding/presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
