Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a RM Associate – (Banking & Sales) . The RM Associate –( Banking & Sales) will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the loan processing journey. Additional duties include promoting lending solutions, providing financial guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
  • Source new customers through field visits and calls
  • Achieve monthly business and sales targets
  • Collect, verify, and submit customer documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
  • Maintain daily reports and update CRM/trackers

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer handling ability
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Experience in sales, finance, or NBFCs is an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Any Degree
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Freshers can also apply
