About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules and integrations, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and efficient enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules:

  • Discovery

  • Service Mapping
  • Event Management
  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

  • Orchestration

  • Build and enhance workflows, scripts, and integrations to support ITOM capabilities.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CMDB.
  • Collaborate with ITSM, ITBM, SecOps, and other ServiceNow teams to ensure seamless solutions.
  • Develop custom scripts (JavaScript, Glide) to extend ServiceNow functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues and ensure high system performance.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

58+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow ITOM

Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Orchestration

Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP)

Hands-on experience with integrations (third-party monitoring tools, cloud platforms, etc.)

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITOM best practices

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory

ServiceNow ITOM certification – preferred

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Cloud Integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of Machine Learning/AI integrations in ITOM

Familiarity with Performance Analytics & Event Correlation
