Personal Trainer (Gym Trainer) | Location: India | Workplace: On-site

About The Opportunity
Join a dynamic on-site fitness team delivering high-impact personal training, small-group classes, and client-centric coaching across our gym locations. You will design evidence-based programs, run fitness assessments, and drive measurable progress for diverse members — from first-time gym-goers to athletes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one and small-group training sessions with safe, progressive, and outcome-focused exercise programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments, track progress, and adjust plans to meet strength, fat-loss, mobility, and performance goals.
  • Design individualized training plans incorporating strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, and recovery strategies.
  • Lead group classes and circuit sessions, manage class flow, and maintain high energy and professional coaching standards.
  • Ensure member safety through proper exercise technique coaching, equipment maintenance checks, and adherence to CPR/First Aid protocols.
  • Support membership growth and retention by providing excellent client service, progress reporting, and proactive follow-ups.
