*Reports to:* Fitness Manager

*Overview:*

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team at Roadies Gym kamla Nagar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, a strong knowledge of exercise science, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. *Client Assessment and Program Design:*

  2. Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and goals.

  3. Design personalized workout plans tailored to clients' needs.

  4. Monitor and adjust programs based on clients' progress.

  5. *Training and Instruction:*

  6. Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions.

  7. Teach proper exercise techniques to ensure safety.

  8. Offer advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes.

  9. *Client Engagement and Motivation:*

  10. Build strong relationships with clients.

  11. Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.

  12. Track and celebrate clients' progress.

  13. *Administrative Duties:*

  14. Maintain accurate records of clients' progress.

  15. Manage scheduling and appointments.

  16. Keep the training area clean and organized.

  17. *Professional Development:*

  18. Stay current with fitness trends and techniques.

  19. Attend workshops and training opportunities.

  20. *Safety and Compliance:*

  21. Ensure a safe workout environment.

  22. Provide first aid when necessary.

*Qualifications:*

  • Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA).

  • CPR/AED certification.

  • Proven experience as a personal trainer.

  • Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional, punctual, and reliable.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or related field.

  • Specialized certifications (e.g., strength and conditioning).

  • Experience with client management software.

*Work Environment:*

  • Must work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

  • Physical demands include demonstrating exercises, lifting weights, and standing for long periods.
