Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MS CRM Developer, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The MS CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining CRM solutions. Day-to-day tasks include software development, integrating CRM with other systems, managing databases, and ensuring seamless web services functionality. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer relationship management and deliver robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Software Development skills with experience in CRM platforms
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and related processes
  • Integration skills for connecting CRM with various systems
  • Proficiency in Databases and managing data effectively
  • Knowledge of Web Services and their implementation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the IT or healthcare industry is a plus
