About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a
Social Media Manager
who will be responsible for managing and building the personal brand and social media presence of a senior leader within the organisation.

The role involves developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy that reflects the individual's professional vision, leadership values, and public image.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, and an understanding of what drives engagement and authenticity across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a personalised social media strategy aligned with the individual's brand and goals.
  • Create and manage engaging content, including thought leadership posts, videos, reels, and lifestyle updates.
  • Draft and edit captions, articles, and short-form content that reflect the individual's tone and voice.
  • Manage a consistent posting calendar across key platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Collaborate closely for content planning, approvals, and maintaining authenticity in communication.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to enhance reach, visibility, and follower growth.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, photographers, and videographers for professional content production.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and leverage them to create relevant and appealing content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, personal branding, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of content trends and platform algorithms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and related tools.
