Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises, managing stock and office supplies, assisting with basic cooking duties, and handling paperwork as assigned. The ideal candidate should contribute to creating a positive and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises including common areas and pantry.
  • Manage and keep track of office stock and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Assist with light cooking or kitchen-related tasks for staff meals and refreshments.
  • Handle basic paperwork and administrative support tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and adherence to office safety norms.
  • Foster and maintain a positive, cooperative, and disciplined office environment.
  • Support team members as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Minimum 10th pass

Skills & Attributes:

  • Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen management.
  • Basic clerical and paperwork handling skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment towards maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

Working Conditions:

  • The work will be performed on the office premises.
  • Physical stamina for cleaning and kitchen-related work is required.
