SEO Specialist (Full Time — Work From Home)

Job Responsibilities

  • On-page SEO
  • Perform complete on-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, alt attributes, internal linking).
  • Optimize website content for target keywords and user intent.
  • Improve website structure, UX and page performance.
  • Resolve crawl issues and improve Core Web Vitals.
  • Off-page SEO
  • Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posts and niche placements.
  • Manage directory submissions, business listings and relevant citations.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis and link gap research.
  • Drive domain authority and referral traffic.
  • Technical SEO
  • Perform full site audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and SEMrush.
  • Fix indexation, sitemap, , canonical and duplicate-content issues.
  • Implement structured data (schema), pagination fixes and hreflang if required.
  • Optimize site speed and mobile-friendliness; manage crawl budget.
  • Local / GEO SEO & Google Business Profile
  • Optimize Google Business Profile and manage GMB posts and updates.
  • Build and maintain local citations and location pages.
  • Implement city/service-area targeting and Maps 3-Pack optimization.
  • ASO (App Store Optimization) — If applicable
  • Keyword research for Play Store and App Store.
  • Optimize app title, short/long description and screenshots.
  • Monitor app rankings and conversion metrics.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR and conversions.
  • Perform competitor and market trend research; recommend strategy changes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, Local/GEO SEO and ASO (if applicable).
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress and HTML.
  • Minimum 2 -3 years of SEO experience preferred.
