The Make Up Glam (Subsidiary of Task Robots) is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for makeup artists across India. We provide high-quality leads, social media management, and branding services to help makeup professionals grow their businesses. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Tele Sales to drive our sales efforts and lead a team of telecallers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching for improvement.
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, explain services, and close deals.
- Maintain CRM records and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales scripts and campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Provide regular sales reports to management with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in digital marketing or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in team leadership and sales coaching.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to motivate and drive a team towards performance excellence.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
