We are currently looking for a seasoned Telecalling Team Lead to drive our sales forces in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and motivate a team of telecalling sales representatives.
  • Ensure that sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries with composure and patience.
  • Monitor performance, provide training, and offer constructive feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales with team management exposure.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Calm, patient, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
