We are seeking an experienced Manager, Content Syndication and Alliances. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute annual sales targets, engage stakeholders, manage content rights, and oversee marketing and deal execution strategies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advising and executing all aspects of content syndication and partnerships.

This role demands a strategic approach to enhance content awareness and affinity, driving higher revenue while optimizing the content library. The incumbent will work in a dynamic environment, adapting to industry changes and innovating new business models.

Education: Graduate/ MBA

Overall Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in content syndication /licensing/acquisition

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development (National & International)

  • Identify and establish partnerships across various regions to boost syndication revenue and expand companies content reach.
  • Manage existing partnerships while exploring new opportunities with broadcasters, networks, aggregators, and distributors.
  • Innovate and implement new business models in response to the evolving industry landscape.

  • Enhance existing agreements and renew contracts nearing expiration.

  • Sales Strategies

  • Develop strategies to optimize both library content and recently aired content.

  • Identify gaps in the content syndication landscape and actively address them to improve market presence and sales.

  • Explore opportunities for digital rights in conjunction with linear rights.

  • Marketing

  • Create a comprehensive, timely communication plan for companies content and tactical activities.

  • Lead marketing initiatives across platforms such as websites, email campaigns, exhibitions, merchandise, and third-party marketplaces.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce tailored content collateral.

  • Reporting & Partner Settlement

  • Maintain daily reporting to track business performance and forecasting.

  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with weekly tracking to ensure compliance and reduce deviations.

  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Role

  • Work closely with various internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and ensure efficient delivery of projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
