  • Supervise execution of all MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, PH, LV, Fire Fighting) as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate closely with Interior Designers, Architects, Structural Engineers, and Project Managers to resolve design and site issues.
  • Monitor contractors work for quality, safety, and progress; ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.
  • Prepare and verify MEP bills, BOQ items, and contractor invoices.
  • Ensure timely availability of GFC drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and maintain progress reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution and material delivery.
  • Ensure proper testing & commissioning of all MEP systems before handover.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, escalating where necessary.
  • Support in budget control, cost verification, and value engineering.
  • Ensure all works comply with NBC, IS Codes, and local statutory regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP execution.
  • Proven track record in luxury hotels / star-category projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire-fighting, and LV systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural & interior drawings for service coordination.
  • Proficient in site supervision, contractor management, and bill verification.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present daily/weekly progress reports & responsibilities
