We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Mulund. The ideal candidate will handle tax compliance, GST and TDS return filings, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within statutory timelines
  • Handle TDS return filing and ensure compliance with income tax regulations
  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure proper accounting entries
  • Coordinate with clients regarding tax compliances, queries, and documentation
  • Track and follow up on pending tax-related matters
  • Assist in reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements
  • Stay updated with changes in GST and TDS regulations

Required Qualifications

  • B.Com or M.Com degree (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounts and taxation
  • Strong knowledge of GST return filing procedures and TDS compliance
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software
  • Good understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills for client coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with e-filing portals (GST portal, Income Tax portal)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Professional approach to client interactions
