We Are Hiring: Unix/Linux Technical Support Engineer

Experience:
5–7 Years

Primary Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    Linux/Unix Administration
  • Practical expertise in
    VMware
  • Proficiency in
    Shell, Python, and Perl scripting
  • Experience with
    NFS storage management
  • Knowledge of
    DevOps tools
    (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain
    Unix/Linux servers
  • Strong hands-on experience in
    VMware administration
    , including:
  • VM
    commissioning & decommissioning
  • ESXi host configuration & maintenance
  • vCenter management
  • Resource allocation, snapshots, templates & cloning
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting virtual environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve
    network-related issues
    , ensuring high security and reliability
  • Manage and maintain
    NFS-based storage systems
  • Monitor, optimize, and enhance
    server and system performance
  • Provide technical support to internal users and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Work independently and proactively to address issues through strong problem-solving skills
