About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Cloud Engineer who has hands-on expertise in Firewalls, Cloud platforms, TS Plus, Backup solutions, Windows Server 2016, and VMware. The candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting IT infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations, system security, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Firewalls to secure network infrastructure.
  • Manage and maintain Cloud Servers & VPS for hosting applications and services.
  • Configure and support TS Plus for remote desktop access and application delivery.
  • Implement, monitor, and manage Backup Solutions to ensure data protection and recovery.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016 environments.
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain VMware virtual environments.
  • Monitor infrastructure for performance, uptime, and security.
  • Provide L1/L2 technical support and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation of system configurations, incidents, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure/cloud management.
  • Strong expertise in Firewalls, TS Plus, Backup solutions, Windows Server 2016, and VMware.
  • Good understanding of cloud environments, system monitoring, and disaster recovery.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in VMware, Microsoft (Windows Server), or Cloud.
  • Experience with Linux servers and network administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
