About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer (PMO) with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end building construction and project management. The role involves planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of our corporate office building project in Navi Mumbai, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and contractor management.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee entire building construction lifecycle from planning to handover

· Manage vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants

· Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality standards

· Prepare and track project schedules, DPR, BOQ, RFIs, and MOMs

· Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory approvals, and local regulations

· Address on-site technical issues and provide effective solutions

· Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· Present weekly and monthly progress reports to leadership

Candidate Requirements:

· B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in Civil Engineering

· 10+ years of experience in building construction (commercial/office projects preferred)

· Proven experience in project management, execution, and site supervision

· Strong knowledge of RCC, structural work, finishing, MEP coordination
