Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Lucknow. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store by managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. Responsbilities include enforcing company policies, maintaining store cleanliness, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also be instrumental in strategizing and achieving store performance goals while fostering a positive customer-centered environment.
The Store Manager must also enforce the SOP's of the store.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the Jewelry Sector is preferred.
  • Strong team management and leadership qualities.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and staff members.
  • Proven expertise in Store Management and team leadership to maintain smooth store operations.
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to safeguard store assets.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze retail trends and implement actions to reach sales targets.
