Role Description:

We're looking for dynamic individuals to join us as
Talent Acquisition Interns
. This is a remote internship that offers hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, and HR processes. You'll play a vital role in sourcing and onboarding top talent while learning the nuances of generational workforce consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to understand their aspirations and align them with client requirements.
  • Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a candidate database.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in recruitment, HR, and talent management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
