Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Polka TOTs' products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details of calls and follow-ups.
  • Convert leads into sales by effectively pitching the offerings.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to maintain professionalism and brand tone.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management and feedback.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with patience and problem-solving ability.
