Job Summary

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of

hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) to manage daily accounting

entries, perform reconciliation of receivables, generate ageing reports, and

coordinate collection follow-ups with clients. The ideal candidate should have

strong analytical and communication skills and be proficient in accounting software

and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

 Record daily accounting entries related to accounts receivable and

collections.

 Perform daily reconciliation of customer accounts and bank receipts.

 Prepare and update AR ageing reports on a daily/weekly basis.

 Follow up with clients for overdue payments, ensuring timely collections.

 Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and collections.

 Coordinate with sales and billing teams to address invoice-related queries.

 Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and payment

commitments.

 Support month-end closing processes related to AR.

 Prepare and share MIS reports related to AR performance.

 Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company policies in AR transactions.

Candidate Requirements

 Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter)

 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable

 Strong knowledge of AR processes, reconciliation, ageing, and collections

 Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software

 Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

 Good communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination

 Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving ability

 Ability to work independently and under tight timelines
