Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate should be at least CA Inter or CMA Inter qualified and have over 1 year of relevant experience managing receivables and ensuring timely collection of payments. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collection.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to minimize overdue balances.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA Inter or CMA Inter qualified (minimum).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
