Position-: Sr. Accountant

Experience 4 to 6 Yrs.

Location-: Work From Home

Shift Time-: US shift timings

Key Responsibilities:-

? Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

? Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and adherence to relevant accounting standards.

? Work on multiple client accounts simultaneously, manage client expectations and interact with clients directly to get needed information.

? Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.

? Ensure proper coding and classification of transactions.

? Monitor key financial metrics and provide variance analysis.

? Continuously evaluate and streamline accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

? Identify opportunities for automation and implement best practices.

? Update management reporting schedules around key financial metrics.

? Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals as needed.

? Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA equivalent certification required.

? Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience

? Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and other accounting principles and standards

? Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools

? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization.

? Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.

? Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications.

? Fluent in English.
