Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer who can effectively prepare students for IELTS Academic/General exams and also conduct Spoken English classes to improve their fluency, confidence, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IELTS Academic & General Training sessions (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
  • Design and deliver Spoken English classes focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
  • Monitor student performance, provide feedback, and suggest improvement areas.
  • Stay updated with the latest IELTS test format, scoring patterns, and exam strategies.
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target band scores and develop communication confidence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in English / Education / Linguistics).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IELTS training and/or Spoken English teaching.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with IELTS exam structure, scoring system, and teaching resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle diverse groups of learners with patience and adaptability.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7, ₹15,000.00 per month
