Role & responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate and recommend candidates for employment.
  • Evaluate resumes and compare qualifications to staffing requirements.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Supports achievement of the hiring targets for the business needs including time to fill and cost per hire.
  • Support in HR Generalist & Admin activities
  • Prior experience in sourcing Volume Hiring in Technical/Labor Category.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 7 years working as HR Generalist/Recruiter in Non-IT/Electronics/Engineering industry

Bachelors in Engineering or MBA or Equivalent.
