Job Title: Dispatch / Store / Warehouse Officer / Executive

Location: Perundurai, TN

Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Industry: Cement Roofing Manufacturing Plant

Key Responsibilities

  1. Dispatch & Logistics Management

  2. Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods

  3. Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability and route planning
  4. Monitor dispatch documentation including gate passes, delivery challans, and invoices

  5. Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues proactively

  6. Store & Inventory Control

  7. Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods

  8. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock audits
  9. Ensure proper storage conditions and FIFO/LIFO inventory practices

  10. Coordinate with production and procurement teams for stock replenishment

  11. Manpower & Driver Management

  12. Allocate and supervise store/dispatch manpower for efficient operations

  13. Maintain attendance, shift schedules, and performance records of warehouse staff

  14. Manage driver rosters, trip sheets, and ensure compliance with safety protocols

  15. Invoice & Documentation Process

  16. Prepare and verify invoices, dispatch notes, and other related documents

  17. Ensure timely submission of dispatch records to accounts and audit teams

  18. Maintain filing systems for all logistics and inventory documentation

  19. Operational Coordination

  20. Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Production, QA) for dispatch planning

  21. Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
  22. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and dispatch planning
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
