As a Senior Engineer, Technical Support at Pega, you will be the face of the company, dedicated to providing world-class technical support and advice on the use of Pegasystems Products and Applications. Your goal is to make interactions with clients easy, pleasant, and rewarding by offering superior support services. Working alongside talented colleagues and clients from around the globe, you will be a part of a dynamic team. - Address technical issues and handle escalated or challenging client issues - Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional support for Pegasystems SaaS Products and Applications - Drive issue resolution and support customers through various stages - Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with multiple teams - Ensure timely customer updates and drive efficiencies in technical work - Mentor new team members and stay updated on new technology developments related to Pegasystems products To excel in this role, you should possess: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Product Support/Development - Strong Core Java/JEE skills or Pega System Architect certification - Proficiency in Databases (e.g., Oracle, MySql) - Good oral and written communication skills - Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team - Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills - Ability to learn new technologies quickly - Track record of analyzing and resolving enterprise software issues Pega offers you the opportunity to work with Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology, continuous learning and development opportunities, and an innovative, inclusive, and fun work environment.
