Reporting To:
Regional Sales Manager

Channel:
Mass Retail (GT)

Key responsibilities:


• Drive primary and secondary sales targets across assigned territory in line with company objectives.


• Appoint and manage distributors while ensuring proper stock hygiene and timely payment collections.


• Identify and open new retail outlets to expand market presence and improve brand visibility.


• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and regional sales targets.


• Monitor daily sales activities, conduct market visits, and ensure regular reporting and performance tracking.


• Forecast demand, track stock movement, and ensure availability of products across all key markets.


• Execute promotional activities and trade schemes to boost brand recall and off-take.


• Develop beat plans and monitor adherence for effective territory coverage.


• Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners and address market issues proactively.


• Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing trends, and share timely insights with the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG/beauty General Trade sales
  • Proven track record in managing sales & distribution in West UP and Uttarakhand
  • Deep understanding of GT channel operations
  • Data-driven with expertise in sales analytics and ROI-focused strategies
