Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Master Technician located in Kanpur. The Master Technician will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal operation of equipment. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, performing diagnostics, replacing faulty parts, and implementing preventative maintenance measures to minimize downtime. The role requires collaboration with other technicians, engineers, and support staff to maintain high standards of production and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Proficiency in performing diagnostics and implementing preventative maintenance
• Knowledge of technical equipment and parts replacement
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, engineers, and support staff
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the woven plastics or flexible packaging industry is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
