**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist researchers and scientists in conducting experiments, tests, and data collection according to established protocols and procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize laboratory equipment, tools, and materials for experiments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Assist in the preparation of reagents, solutions, and cultures as required for experiments.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Document and record experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately in laboratory notebooks or computer databases.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze data and contribute to the interpretation of results.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, and promptly report any issues or incidents to the laboratory supervisor.
- Assist in ordering and managing inventory of laboratory supplies and materials.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements and developments in the field of biotechnology.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in Biotechnology is required.**:

- **Master's degree (M.Sc) in Biotechnology is preferred.**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience in a biotech or research setting.**:

- **Proficiency in a wide range of laboratory techniques and equipment operation.**:

- **Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.**:

- **Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.**:

- **Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting experimental data.**:

- **Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.**:

- **Proficiency in using computer software for data entry, analysis, and documentation.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
