Job Title: Content Strategist
Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Strategist with a minimum of 2 years of experience who can build and execute content that strengthens brand voice, drives engagement, and supports business growth. The ideal candidate understands D2C storytelling, consumer behavior, and how content influences discovery, trust, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Phitkus content strategy across digital channels
- Create and manage content for blogs, website, social media, emailers, and product pages
- Translate brand values into compelling, consumer-first storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and growth teams to support campaigns and launches
- Plan content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and performance
- Conduct content audits and improve existing assets
- Track content performance and derive insights for continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Understanding of SEO basics and content optimization
- Experience working with CMS and content calendars
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with D2C or consumer brands
- Exposure to skincare, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
