Job Summary
We are looking for a Content & Creative Strategist who specializes in building high-impact ad creatives and copies for performance marketing campaigns. This role is not media buying focused; instead, it is centered on ideation, messaging, storytelling, and creative direction that drives measurable results.
The ideal candidate understands how people think, what makes them click, and how to craft compelling content that converts across paid digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and develop ad copies, hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks for paid advertising campaigns.
- Create creative concepts and content strategies for Meta, Google Display/YouTube, and other paid platforms.
- Write and guide high-converting ad copies (primary text, headlines, descriptions, CTAs).
- Work closely with designers and video editors to translate ideas into effective static, carousel, and video ads.
- Develop creative briefs for ads, ensuring clarity in messaging, tone, and intent.
- Conduct creative research on competitors, market trends, and audience behavior.
- Plan creative variations for testing (without executing media buying).
- Refresh and evolve creatives to reduce ad fatigue and maintain performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Analyze creative performance insights (provided by the performance team) to refine messaging and ideas.
- Support landing page copy and funnel content from a creative and messaging perspective.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in ad copywriting and creative strategy for paid campaigns.
- Proven ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused content.
- Clear understanding of performance-driven creative principles (hooks, offers, CTAs, storytelling).
- Experience collaborating with design, video, and performance teams.
- Excellent command of English with strong storytelling and persuasion skills.
- Ability to think creatively while staying aligned with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agency or performance-driven environments.
- Exposure to D2C, lead generation, or service-based advertising.
- Understanding of audience psychology and buyer intent.
