  • Monitoring and patrolling school grounds, buildings, parking lots, and other school property to deter and detect unauthorized activity or threats.
  • Controlling access by checking IDs, screening visitors, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the campus.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, intruders, or lockdown situations, coordinating with emergency responders as needed.
  • Enforcing school rules and policies, intervening to prevent or manage disruptive behavior, conflicts, or bullying.
  • Monitoring security systems like surveillance cameras and alarm panels, and reporting suspicious activities or incidents to school authorities.
  • Assisting school administrators during special events, providing security and crowd control support.
  • Maintaining detailed reports of security breaches, incidents, and actions taken.
  • Providing support and acting as a positive role model to students, sometimes assisting students facing personal or safety issues.
  • Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

The role requires good judgment, communication skills, and the ability to balance security measures while maintaining a welcoming learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
