**Job Description - Project Officer**

**Position**: Project Officer

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month
**Location**: Noida

**Essential Qualification**
- B.E/B. Tech./MCA OR
- CA/LLM/CS OR
- Two years full-time MBA/Post Graduate in relevant discipline OR
- LLB or equivalent relevant professional qualification

**Experience**: 1-2 years of post-qualification work experience relevant to the job description.

**Responsibilities**:
The Project Officer will be responsible for maintaining records, files, correspondence, payments, and other tasks related to software development projects.

**Skills & Competencies RequiredTechnical Skills**
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Document Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Workspace).
- Basic understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

**Administrative Skills**
- Record keeping and file management.
- Scheduling and coordination of meetings, timelines, and reports.

- Data analysis and report generation.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Interpersonal Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Team collaboration and customer service orientation.

- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

- Critical thinking and decision-making.

**Educational Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or administrative support preferred.

**Additional Preferences**
- Prior experience in a similar role within a software development environment.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
