Job Requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and clinical experts to understand system requirements and workflows.
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for healthcare software systems, ensuring coverage of functional, integration, and system-level testing.
  • Perform manual testing of software applications, including medical imaging systems, and diagnostic platforms.
  • Validate system performance, reliability, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools; work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
  • Support verification and validation activities for regulatory submissions and audits.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test results, procedures, and system configurations.
Work Experience
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.
  • Experience in manual testing of complex systems, preferably in the healthcare or medical device domain.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HL7, DICOM, HIPAA).
  • Ability to interpret and validate clinical workflows and data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Clear Quest, ALM, JIRA, TFS).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
