Project Associate

About The Role: Roundglass Foundation is seeking to hire Project Associates, to support the Project Coordinator (Sports) who will lead the Project Management Unit (PMU) for Sports.

This is an opportunity to be part of a grassroots sports transformation programme across Punjab. As a key member of the PMU, you will play an instrumental role in executing one of the largest communitybased sports initiatives undertaken in the state, aimed at developing sports infrastructure and programs in every village. As a Project Associate the Project Monitoring Unit (PMU), you will be responsible for supporting the effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the Punjab government-implemented sports development project.

This role requires a blend of project management, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills. What you'll do: Project Monitoring & Reporting 1. Track project progress against defined milestones and timelines.

2. Collect, verify, and analyze data from implementation agencies and field units. 3. Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and ministry review 4. Travel within Punjab as required for stakeholder meetings, reviews, and field visits. Stakeholder Coordination

5. Liaise with ministry officials, state government departments, and implementation partners. 6. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and follow-ups. Data & Documentation Management

7. Maintain project records, including work plans, deliverables, contracts, and financials. 8. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all activities and decisions. Support Project Planning & Implementation

9. Assist in drafting concept notes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project frameworks.10. Conduct field visits to monitor on-ground implementation and gather feedback. Compliance & Quality Assurance

11. Ensure adherence to government guidelines, fund utilization protocols, and program objectives. 12. Support audits, evaluations, and third-party assessments as required. Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience, in project management and/ or programme implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Punjabi).
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; experience with dashboards or MIS tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Able and willingness to travel extensively within Punjab.
