Role Overview

We're looking for a 
Medical Oncologist or Pharmacologist
 who wants to move beyond traditional roles and help 
build the next generation of AI-powered medical products
.

This is a hybrid position combining 
clinical knowledge, product innovation, and hospital collaboration
 — ideal for someone excited by both 
science and technology
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Product Development:
  • Co-create oncology and pharmacology-specific AI features and evidence modules with the product and tech teams.
  • Evidence Curation:
  • Identify, summarize, and validate key trials, drug studies, and treatment guidelines for integration into OneRx's evidence engine.
  • Hospital & Doctor Partnerships:
  • Build collaborations with hospitals, oncology departments, and pharmacology units for pilots and validation.
  • Doctor Engagement & Training:
  • Introduce the product to oncologists, pharmacologists, and residents; conduct demos, training sessions, and workshops to ensure adoption.
  • Product Testing with Clinicians:
  • Lead user trials, gather real-world feedback, and translate findings into product improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with AI, engineering, and UX teams to align clinical logic with product design.
  • Thought Leadership:
  • Represent OneRx at medical conferences, digital health forums, and academic partnerships; publish and speak on evidence-based AI in oncology and pharmacology.

Who You Are

  • Education:
     MBBS + MD / DNB (Oncology, Pharmacology, or related specialty)
  • Experience:
     1–5 years (clinical practice, research, or medical affairs)
  • Location:
     Gurgaon (preferred)
  • Mindset:
     Clinician or scientist passionate about applying medical expertise to AI and digital transformation
  • Skills:
  • Building hospital and doctor partnerships
  • Conducting demos and training programs for doctors
  • Translating clinical insights into product logic
  • Collaborating across medical, product, and engineering teams
  • Excellent scientific writing and communication
  • Bonus:
     Experience in medical affairs, AI tools, or evidence synthesis platforms
