As a Purchaser you will support the procurement activities within the organization. This role involves coordinating with Denmark team for timely delivery of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for details.

Department Procurement & Contract Management

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Collaboration: Work closely with the with procurement team within the organization and with Denmark team, Project teams to align procurement activities with overall business goals. Have regular interaction with all stakeholders and accomplish the given task.

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to achieve the best value for the company. To ensure necessary documents are in place like Supplier code of conduct, CDA and others as applicable.

Procurement Planning: Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and services.

Service Delivery: Must assist and ensure all material and services are delivered as per customer requirement and close any unresolved claims and issues.

Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.

Education and Work Experience

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant science, engineering, or pharmaceutical field.
• 7-10 years of experience in complete Procure to Pay process.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software preferably SAP, COUPA, Navision or Similar and MS Office
