Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager based in Siliguri. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, implement preventive maintenance plans, and manage repair activities to ensure smooth operations. They will also supervise maintenance staff, coordinate ongoing equipment inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure machine reliability
  • Expertise in Maintenance Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance schedules
  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred
