Role & responsibilities :

Responsible for category development, branding, communication, and content generation.

Drive enquiry and generate site visits for the projects under the category.

Ideate, conceptualize and drive consumer demand via offline, online, and social media marketing activities.

Identify and manage consumer segments, design, and drive consumer engagement to improve performance from each segment .

To plan strategic and tactical promotional activities by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirement to drive demand.

To evaluate marketing campaigns and prepare activity reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data for campaign effectiveness.

To monitor competitor activity, market trends, collect competition data, new project information, pricing, and advertising etc.

Media planning and buying, Agency / Photoshoot management, and vendor management.
