You will collaborate intimately with our dedicated design, marketing, and content teams, playing a crucial role in meticulously shaping how SiftHub visually manifests across every digital and traditional channel. Furthermore, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools, strategically leveraging them to dramatically enhance your creative output and significantly scale your design capabilities.

What You'll Work On

As a Visual Design Generalist, your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of creative and strategic design tasks, including:

• Brand Asset Management:

Meticulously maintain, update, and expand the comprehensive SiftHub brand asset library, ensuring consistent application of logos, icons, approved fonts, and color palettes across all materials.
- Multi-Channel Visual Creation:

Design compelling and on-brand visuals for a variety of digital platforms, including engaging social media campaigns, impactful email newsletters, visually appealing blog headers, high-converting landing pages, and professional sales decks.
- Template Development:

Develop and refine a suite of versatile, reusable Canva templates, empowering both marketing teams and internal stakeholders to create consistent and professional-looking materials with ease.
- Custom Illustration & 3D Visuals:

Conceptualize and produce unique custom illustrations, distinctive icons, and elegant simple 3D-style visuals that enrich our brand narrative and enhance user engagement.
- Motion Design & Micro-Animations:

Craft captivating micro-animations and implement light motion design elements for product launches, promotional videos, and dynamic social media posts, adding a layer of polish and engagement.
- Social Media Visual Guidelines:

Define, document, and consistently maintain clear and concise social media visual guidelines to ensure brand consistency and optimize visual impact across all social platforms.
- AI-Powered Design Workflow:

Proactively leverage and experiment with advanced AI tools such as DALL·E, Adobe Sensei, ChatGPT, and Canva's AI features to significantly boost creative output, streamline workflows, and explore new design possibilities.
- Brand Identity Alignment:

Ensure all visual assets meticulously align with and consistently elevate the distinctive SiftHub brand identity, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable aesthetic.
- Product Illustrations:

Design intuitive and engaging product illustrations that enhance user understanding and experience within our product workflows.
- Video Template Design:

Create visually compelling video templates for various product videos, ensuring brand consistency and high production value.
- Video Editing & Publishing:

Edit, maintain, and publish brand and product videos, overseeing the entire post-production process to deliver polished and impactful video content.

• Design Experience & Portfolio:

You have 0–2 years of professional design experience, or demonstrate a strong, compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional personal or student design work.
- Software Proficiency:

You are highly proficient in Canva, leveraging its full capabilities, and possess a solid working familiarity with Figma and core Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Visual Acuity:

You exhibit an exceptional eye for detail, demonstrating a strong understanding of fundamental design principles such as layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Versatile Design Approach:

Practical experience with basic motion design principles or familiarity with animation tools.

- Video Editing Tools:

Basic knowledge of user-friendly video editing tools like CapCut, professional software like Premiere Pro, or AI-powered platforms like Runway.
