Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Database Developer.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities
·    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document technical requirements related to P&C insurance operations.
·    Develop and optimize database procedures, functions, tables, views, and complex queries to improve performance and efficiency.
·    Conduct performance tuning to enhance system operations and streamline workflows.
·    Collaborate effectively using Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for project tracking, documentation, and issue management.
·    Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or anomalies encountered during system implementation.
·    Review code to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding conventions, troubleshoot and security protocols.
·    Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and performance.
·    Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    BE/ B Tech/ MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·    Awareness of critical concepts in Agile principles
·    Basic understanding of P&C insurance principles, systems, and data structures.
·    Proficiency in SQL for writing optimized queries, procedures, and functions.
·    Hands-on experience with performance tuning to maintain system efficiency.
·    Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for effective project collaboration
·    Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
·    Ability to collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
·    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
