Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for New Sales at ALDS, located in Jaipur. The New Sales role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing solutions that meet client needs. You will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service and feedback to improve sales processes and participating in training programs to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for new sales strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- High degree of self-motivation and time management
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
