
Customer Experience Executive

The person will need to ensure a smooth and a happy customer experience at site at .Folium. Shall need to collaborate with other departments to ensure the customer experience centre is operations with smooth functioning. She or he should be able to talk to customers to take feedback, handle any objections at site, handle any snags. she/he should be able to create delight to visitors also handle any snags with quick turn around times . Bring in a fresher approach to delight customers
a) customer experience oversight - ensure handling snags with a keen eye for detail so that she/he can ensure smooth handling of client experience.
b) facility mgt - handling invoices and other dept coordination.
c) best practice from market - always seeking better learnings from market to improve service. so should travel to other company sites as well
d) Problem solving mindset - that the key need as there shall be snags to handle and needs to seek solution asap and from all kind of snags.
Requirements
- Experience with hospitality background is key
- should come with 8-10 yrs work experience
- should be willing to travel to other sites if needed
- work on weekends
- handle invoices for site
- problem solving approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
