Job Title: Telecaller (Fresher)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, along with a good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the team with basic documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products.
  • Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain and update call records, reports, and databases using MS Excel and Word.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
  • Work closely with the sales/operations team to achieve assigned targets.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresher / 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to handle calls with confidence and maintain professionalism.
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and willingness to learn.
