Location: 100% Onsite (Nagaram near ECIL)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Senior US IT Recruiter

Work Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a W2/OPT Recruiter located in Nagaram, HYD. The main responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and techinical interviewing potential candidates for various roles. The recruiter will be in charge of posting job ads, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining a database of candidate records. Additionally, the recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Qualifications

· Experience in sourcing and screening candidates

· Skills in interviewing candidates and coordinating the recruitment process

· Ability to post job ads and manage candidate databases

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

· Understanding of hiring practices and employment laws

· Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field
