Key Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesWe re hiring a Product Designer to shape and elevate our digital products As a Product Designer you ll be at the intersection of user needs business goals and technical feasibilityYou ll be pivotal in defining and delivering exceptional experiences that solve customer problems and drive valueKey Responsibilities Discovery Strategy Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design strategiesTranslate research insights into wireframes prototypes and detailed visual designsCollaborate with product managers and engineers to align on business and technical requirementsDesign Craft Design scalable intuitive product experiences across web and mobile platformsOwn the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iterationContribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistencyCross Functional Collaboration Work closely with service designers researchers and developers to deliver cohesive experiencesCommunicate design decisions clearly through storytelling and rationaleUse prototypes to convey product line concepts narratives and value propositionsExecution Delivery Validate solutions through usability testing and data analysisIterate designs based on customer feedback business needs and performance metricsRequired Qualifications Bachelor s Master s in Human Computer Interaction Design Computer Science or equivalent experience8 years of experience in product design or a related UX UI roleStrong portfolio demonstrating end to end design thinking including user workflows UI designs and prototypesProficient in Figma Mural and design prototyping toolsDeep understanding of interaction design usability principles and accessibilityPreferred Skills Experience in digital commerce fintech or SaaS productsStrong problem solving skills with the ability to balance user centric design with business constraintsPreferred Skills:Domain->Product Design & Development->Product Design & Development
