Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Responsibilities - We re hiring a Product Designer to shape and elevate our digital products As a Product Designer you ll be at the intersection of user needs business goals and technical feasibility - You ll be pivotal in defining and delivering exceptional experiences that solve customer problems and drive value - Key Responsibilities Discovery Strategy Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design strategies - Translate research insights into wireframes prototypes and detailed visual designs - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on business and technical requirements - Design Craft Design scalable intuitive product experiences across web and mobile platforms - Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration - Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency - Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with service designers researchers and developers to deliver cohesive experiences - Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling and rationale - Use prototypes to convey product line concepts narratives and value propositions - Execution Delivery Validate solutions through usability testing and data analysis - Iterate designs based on customer feedback business needs and performance metrics - Required Qualifications Bachelor s Master s in Human Computer Interaction Design Computer Science or equivalent experience - 8 years of experience in product design or a related UX UI role - Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end design thinking including user workflows UI designs and prototypes - Proficient in Figma Mural and design prototyping tools - Deep understanding of interaction design usability principles and accessibility - Preferred Skills Experience in digital commerce fintech or SaaS products - Strong problem solving skills with the ability to balance user centric design with business constraints Preferred Skills: Domain->Product Design & Development->Product Design & Development
